Brandie Ortiz, RN BSN
Brandie is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Worcester State University. She has built her career caring for patients both at the bedside on a sub-acute floor and in the home care setting where she developed a reputation for being compassionate experienced and trustworthy.
Her passion for aesthetics stems from her love of helping people feel confident and cared for, combining her medical expertise with an artistic touch. At The Glow Up, Brandie is dedicated to providing safe, effective treatments that enhance natural beauty and promote self-confidence.
Outside of work, Brandie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their two daughters.
Livia McGrath, RN BSN
Livia is a registered nurse with a degree from Becker College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from United States University. With over a decade of bedside experience, she has cared for patients across many specialties-including dementia care, hospice, sub-acute rehabilitation, and colorectal surgery on a medical surgical floor. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for building trust with patients and providing compassionate, dependable care.
While nursing has always been her calling, Livia discovered her true passion in aesthetics. At The Glow Up, she blends her expertise with her love for helping people feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
Outside of the med-spa, Livia loves spending time with her husband, daughter and two step-children, cherishing every moment with her family.
